Look for the line reading “Imported and distributed by”. A box in the original language only has not come through an official import.

Everything Medgenic distributes carries a Vietnamese sub-label naming the importer, plus a product declaration receipt. You can ask to see the paperwork before paying, or check our business ID on the national business registration portal.
What payment methods are available?
Cash on delivery is always available. MoMo and VNPay only appear when that gateway is live — if you do not see one, that channel is temporarily closed.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Usually 1–2 working days inside HCMC and 2–5 days elsewhere. The shipping fee and the free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Can I return an order?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the seal is intact and you still have the purchase invoice. Opened items cannot be returned — these are foodstuffs and cosmetics.
How do I track my order?
After checkout we email you a private link to your order. You can also look it up with your order code and email address on the order-lookup page.
